Here are some of the most common questions and answers that we receive here at Ynobe Shop. If you do not see an answer to your questions here, please email us or submit a form through our contact section.

  • What is your store policy?

 

At this time we do not offer refunds. However, we can make considerations on a case by case basis. Please email ebnatrose@gmail.com regarding refunds.

 

**These products are handmade to order, therefore, please allow 7-10 business day for orders to be shipped.**

 

When we are running a promotion, FREE shipping for orders of $50 or more, does not apply!**

 

Any of our shipping promotions are only valid on US orders****

 

Orders need to be canceled within 24 hours of ordering! After that time, we will not be able to cancel your order. To request an order to be cancelled, please email us or go to the contact tab!

This is a handmade product using natural and organic ingredients. As a result of this, the consistency, smell or color may vary from one batch to another. This is perfectly normal and does not affect the product's performance in any way.**Please be advised that whipped/butter based products are subject to melting in extreme tempatures. Please be aware that these items are ordered at your discretion and we cannot gaurentee the state they arrive to you in. We can offer expedited shipping (upon request), however, this still does not guarentee that these products will not melt.

 

**We accept credit cards through PayPal and PayPal as well.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

**Orders placed during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale will not be processed until the sale is over. We plan to also adhere to our standard 7-10 business days. **

Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days! This does not include weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via PayPal. Orders should be received based on your location and mailing schedule. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Additional shipping charges do apply. Please choose your shipping option at checkout!

  • What is the shelf life of your products?

 

We use opitphen as a preservative. This gives our products a shelf life of at least 1 year. We date our products when they are labeled and this date is the date that they are prepared. This gives you an idea of how long you have had them.
